Akhilesh brings 25+ years of experience in HR strategy, talent transformation, and organizational effectiveness across industries including IT, healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing. He works at the intersection of people, culture, and compliance, helping organizations perform with purpose and build a foundation for sustainable growth. His Mission is to empower 1 million students through upskilling by 2030.
Parikshet works at the intersection of customer success, AI, and SaaS, managing the full client lifecycle from pre-sales discovery through to post-implementation growth. He ensures clients get real value out of the solutions they invest in by understanding what customers actually need, cutting through complexity, and fostering long-term partnerships.
