iAmX began as a Passer build and is now a sister company. Our team powers the iAmX platform, client servicing, analytics, marketing, and sales end-to-end. A globally deployable retail management platform that consolidates the full retail stack in one product, with positioning to function as a technology service provider within India's Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) ecosystem.
Retail SMBs run inventory, POS, orders, CRM, delivery, and analytics on separate systems. Fragmented systems lead to inefficiencies, lack of customer insights, and poor engagement. iAmX was built to consolidate the stack on a single platform, offer data-driven insights, and enable seamless retail experiences without forcing SMBs to staff their own technology teams.
Built and continually evolved by a 15+ person Passer team of software engineers, product managers, designers, and marketers. MVP for Store Management and POS modules complete; remaining modules under active development. ONDC integration is in progress for India deployment.
The relationship started as a consulting brief in March 2022. As the platform proved out, the engagement evolved through investment to today: a sister-company structure with Passer powering the full operation. iAmX is now positioned as a technology service provider within ONDC, building and maintaining the necessary infrastructure for seamless connectivity between sellers and buyers.
